2003 call to the Ontario Bar; LL.B. (University of British Columbia). Monica provides advice and representation to both employers and employees in all aspects of employment law with a particular emphasis on employee terminations and discipline, structuring and negotiating severance packages, drafting executive employment contracts, human resources policies and manuals, the administration of employment standards and all human rights issues including conducting harassment investigations. As an articling student, Monica was seconded to the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
